PASTORAL SUPPORT OFFICER
APT & C Grade F, points 17 £21,563 – 22 £23,808
36 hours per week, 38.80 weeks term time + 10 days (including 4 Inset days)

The governors are seeking to recruit a Pastoral Support Officer to join our exciting and forward thinking school and our outstanding pastoral team.
This is an exciting time to be joining All Saints Catholic College. In 2018 our school was judged as Good by Ofsted, and personal development and welfare as outstanding. We invest heavily in training and we focus heavily on staff well-being. Staff morale in our school is high.
The principal responsibility of the successful candidate will be to set up, manage and deliver a pastoral support system for pupils, working with the Senior Team, Head of Year and SENDCo to identify pupils who may need additional support. You will be joining a highly motivated team where staff are encouraged to use their initiative. In return, we give high quality support and training.
This post requires an enhanced DBS Disclosure.
This post is a designated customer facing role under the fluency duty and requires a specified level of spoken English.
