SENIOR BUILDING CONTROL OFFICER
36 Hrs – Permanent
Location: Dukinfield Town Hall/Home working
Salary: Grade I. Scale 35 - £38,890 to Scale 39 - £42,821 with a professional bar at SCP 37**

Reporting to a Building Control Manager you will be a core part of the Council’s Building Control Service and the drive for continuous improvement, efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects of process, service delivery and customer interface.
You will have a key role in the provision, marketing and growth of the Building Control service and the drive to maximise business development opportunities in order to achieve greater market share and income.
