Within the Performance, Intelligence and Scrutiny Team you will be responsible for managing and supporting services in understanding their performance. We are looking for someone who is a good communicator with strong organisational and technical skills and the ability to understand and interpret data and regulatory guidance.
Reporting to the Performance and Intelligence Service Manager, the Performance and Intelligence Managers role plays a key part in this through supporting a range of data analysis work, including; leading and completion of statutory returns, use of performance and intelligence data to support assurance processes and improvement activity, and improve data quality.

- Strong Organisational skill and ability to manage workload
- Strong Communication skills
- Proven knowledge and technical skills
- Proven ability to prioritise workload and achieve deadlines
- Ability to understand and interpret complex information
- Ability to interpret regulatory and statutory guidance
- Flexibility to adapt to changing workload demands and new organisational challenges
- Ability to lead, work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work with individuals within other agency’s
