Investment is underway through substantial major regeneration and capital projects across the borough. Bringing significant affordable housing development, substantial infrastructure investment to improve our connectivity across the region and beyond, alongside the revitalisation and re-imagination of our town centres.  
 
Reporting to the Head of Development and Major Programmes you will be responsible for leading on major projects within the Investment and Development team in order to drive forward the delivery of Tameside’s key strategic sites, including Godley Green Garden Village and Ashton Moss Innovation Park, to support the Council’s corporate objectives for growth.
 
About You
You will have a relevant professional qualification, with experience of successful delivery of projects and programmes with private/public sector interface on time and within budget. You will be able to work effectively in range of multi-agency and partnership settings to deliver investment and development schemes whilst negotiating complex commercial arrangements for project delivery.
 
You will be able to work at pace with enthusiasm engaging with and influencing stakeholders.
