The Role
Based at Tame Street Stalybridge, we have an opportunity available for an experienced administrator who is willing to learn new skills and broaden their technical knowledge. You will have strong interpersonal skills & be committed to providing an excellent standard of service and work well with change.
About You
The successful candidate will have experience of using computer packages, completing tasks to potentially conflicting deadlines, supporting change and innovation of office processes and procedures and motivating others. You will need to be experienced in providing high quality business support and have the ability to work under pressure to demands. You will have experience of analysing data, and communicating with a variety of audiences. You must be able to work on your own initiative and provide an excellent level of customer service.
The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, be a flexible team player and must be able to work at pace with attention to detail.
You must have:
• excellent I.T. skills
• be self-motivated
• be organised, flexible and enthusiastic
• you will need to be able to communicate effectively with colleagues, the public, and outside agencies, and have good persuasive and interpersonal skills
• you must be able to prioritise and manage deadlines and organise work on your own initiative whilst working well within your immediate and wider team
• be flexible, as working hours vary dependent on operational requirements
